I love this series, and it is so nice to see you coloring it I'll say again.
And again, yes I'm the one who made the suggestion earlier, please expand the "Training" of Twiggy. You've got both a tribute to Manga/Anime and to "Exploitation Sinema" to uphold!
About Twiggy's adventures, after I'm done with this, I'll post a fan-made (but well-made) follow up comic.
As for Eva's accent.
Official canon reason: She's a very proficient polyglot. She can also switch her accent to confuse her enemies. Exemplified by her switch from a somewhat East coast accent in the anime to an Alaskan accent in later episodes.(of course you have to overlook the spanish cuban anime episode)
Real non-bullshit reason: I always imagined her with an american accent for some reason. A Russian syntax, especialy in text might get tiresome. "I kill you, tovaritch!" Blackie's syntax is normal as well in text form. No "my liky, me so horny, ching chang chong!"
Wowowowowowow!!!!
