On Censorware
In the comments Killernat was saying MissDynamite.com is blocked in Qatar. I'm going to post a link to apps and tools that can help defeat censorware. For Miss Dynamite fans who want to visit the site at work or for those who might live in a nazi/commie regime. (because if you live under the thumb of a brutal dictator, it's super important to read my perverted comics. Ok? Good!) For now I'm reading these two posts on BoingBoing.

thanks for this sirkowski but they may also be blocked in the middle east as a a way to prevent people from useing thougs methods
You could ask a friend that doesn't have state firewall in his country to share desktop with Team View or a similar program. Then, you can view web pages from his desktop. (I really don't know how those state firewalls work, but if they do the same way standard ones do, and as long as the firewall doesn't block Team View connections, it should work)
But that would probably be time wasting for your friend. (and the connection would be slow) (well, if you really really want to see a web page that is firewalled, then this would be the easy method)
im incanada now but that is a good idea to get some proxy server info
