The lawyers for Todd Goldman are sending cease & desist e-mails around the Net to people who have exposed him as the plagiarist he is.
Goldman seems to have decided to act like a douche. He has still not paid Shmorky has he had promised. You want diffamation, asshole? Fine, TODD GOLDMAN IS A PEDOPHILE! When people first tried to contact Todd Goldman over his act of plagiarism, an auto-reply from Todd sent a link of pornography to minors. It's a fact! Spread the word on your blogs and livejournals. He can't sue everyone on the whole Internets.

It's been said that auto replies have been received by some underage peoples as well. That alone should land him and his team of art-stealing trogs out of the frying pan and into the fire. It is illegal to send an underage pornographic material over the internet.
Todd's retaliation to Goons spreading the word about him is just tactless. Him trying to make Kelly look bad only makes him look worse. Nothing is wrong with an artist doing what he or she has to do when it comes to art commissions, but Dave is very uncomfortable about that part of his past. Todd should be ashamed of himself digging up all that junk. If any of it is actually Dave's, that is; he said he's too disgusted to look to see if any of it is his work.
What's Dave's old work got to do with the matter at hand anyway? I mean the problem is whether or not he stole Dave's work and even if he was the biggest, most perverted and depraved artist who really got off on kiddie porn it still wouldn't affect the fact that Goldman stole his work!
