I see 5. But yeah.. spoted the obvious one right off.
- Smile vs frown (obvious)
- Body shape differs
- Slightly different breasts
- Right has "chubbier" arms
- Wider shoulders on right

In one she's inhaling and in the other one she's exhaling.
I see 3 differences...mostly with the coloring the obvious is that she's not smiling in one
There is a slit in her shirt on the one on the left, the one on the left has a slight color diffnce in her left arm her at the point of the elbow, breast duha, she is smiling in one but not the other.
also no neck shading on the right
One is Chinese and the other is Asian
Ones breasts are a dd and the other is s ddd..

Ah, no one mentioned the creases in the shirt. Those are different, as well. Otherwise, everyone else guessed the other stuff already. =\
I'm suprised no one mentioned that the one on the left is taller!
... BTW, there should be a "Highlights for Adults" in doctors' offices, and there should be more of these on the back page. ^_^

The only 2 things I noticed was her boobs where larger on the left picture and one was smileing and one was frowning.
If Major Spoosh Hallzy add's the shade under the neck in his next post, it'd be complete.

The head shape, the warmed of the eyes, the breasts, (One is more plumped then the other.) the smile-frown, the hair, the belly button, both of the arms, the skin tone, the shirt (there are three cuts on the one on the left.) The arms, the tone of the shirt
