I can't believe that thi is a real holiday.
i see the resemblence the one on top looks like blackie and the one on bottom looks like eva and ive never heard of "talk like a pirate day" or that anime show either
Strange coincidence, well, hoping it a coincidence, unless you plan to suicide yourself financially by suing an anime studio.

Not that it matters. Candy's creator doesn't want to sell the syndication rights to the anime anymore.
strange that candy candy was in spanish and had the Italia 1 mark(the mark of a 1 in a rhombus, it's one of the berlusconi television)
