Would it be a good idea, to ask shops selling Todd's stuff, to remove the 'objects' which are obviously copied from other artists?

it would be a very good idea.
I'm thinking of paying a visit to a nearby Urban Outfiter store to see if they have any David & Goliath clothing.
I think we should suggest to others to boycott his online store as well. Other retailers can buy stuff in bulk straight from the website. If we're loud and insistent enough about David and Goliath Tees, then perhaps major retailers will think twice about continuing selling Todd's merchandise.
Nah, they're making money off of it so I don't think they'll be too keen to let it go and get rid of it. Like oil tycoons...
the problem with getting a big retailer to stop selling an item, is that they first must be seen in the mainstream media encouraging plagiarism, so unless this happens all the protest will be chalked up to 'imitation (plagiarism) being a form of flattery'
and encouraging needs to be blatant like records of company artist using company sponsored art events to steal idea.
HOWEVER...
If the retailers become aware that they're goods are from plagarized sources...
(i.e., we TELL them)
And if they continue to distribute those goods...
Every minute they distribute those goods past when they became aware...
IS A MINUTE FOR WHICH THEY ARE JOINTLY LIABLE FOR MONETARY DAMAGES ALONGSIDE THE PARTY THAT DID THE ORIGINAL PLAGARIZING!!

Aria and I are trying to get a petition started that all his proven plagiarisms should be removed from the market, and all his unconfirmed work should be investigated. If anyone wants to host the page, tell me in a reply- otherwise, I'll just start up a page with the case where you sign the guestbook to support it later tonight...

Aria's working on the wording- I tried it last night, and came across looking biased. We're looking for how far the Plagiarism suit against disney went so far, but it's kinda slim pickings, his lawyer must be good to be overriding theirs on that.
BTW, did you see that Goldman's legal gestapos locked his Wikipedia page so that this can't be put up against him on there? This is all appearing on his page as "current events".
