Cargo Inc America
Another background without a lineart. This time it's a very subtle CIA black site. A "black site" is a facility where you conduct operations that might be unconstitutional or against international conventions. It will be either located in a foreign country, where your laws won't apply or will be difficult to apply (like Syria, technicaly an enemy)*. Or mobile sites, a plane or a boat, allowing you operate on international waters.
But *hush*! Don't tell anyone... (’_’*)

*My mistake, technicaly no CIA black sites in Syria, since it's the Syrian themselves who perform the torture.
That's the kind of nuance that's important when you've got electrodes attached to your testicules.
Usually if you're in one of those places you've progressed past such unreliable methods. That's the point when they start using the paranoia-inducing drugs, and subjecting you to imagery that will leave you a whimpering wreck eager to tell them anything in order to make the nightmares go away.
For the true enemies of America...
They're planning on furry-suit rape.
I don't know why, but I get a "Canadian-Produced Kid's Cartoon" vibe off of that image for some reason.
Aaah, damn! X-D Ya, I guess it looks kinda like that 6Teens program and the likes.
You need a TV show.
People sometimes tell me things about my art which destroy it forever for me. "That Lolita Goth Girl character is dressed like Ronald MacDonald."
That's why I don't show things to some people. :) Still, it's great you're working on backgrounds.
Regarding Syria not having a CIA black site, it is also the kind of important nuance when facing congressional inquiry or any other kind of inquiry. The wrapping-around-the-flag trick is not guaranteed to work in this situation (Unless you are on Fox News. But that goes without saying).
