It'll have been really worth all the sacrifice, the death of friends and family, when they finally get to Earth.

Sadly I have not had the chance to, But I will try to ketch the reruns when they come on.

I'm predicting one of three things will happen: They find out that they came from Earth thousands of years ago and these are the remnants of the cities; we bombed ourselves to oblivion; the Cylons got there first and bombed us to oblivion.
There's also the likelihood of a mass extinction, but that's a little far fetched.
All the humans of the 12 colonies came from Kobol and Earth as well. It's possible the other Cylons could have destroyed it before the others came, but that would mean there was no point in searching for the final Cylons. I'm thinking the Earthlings probably didn't listened to Al Gore, because the reason why Earth is shitty isn't really the point. The point is the search for Earth was useless.

Any thoughts on who the last of the final 5 might be?
According to writer Ron Moore (he could be lying), it can't be President Laura Roslyn, Bill Adama, Apollo, Starbuck, Helo or Baltar. That doesn't leave much important characters. I doubt it could be someone like Geta or Duala. It should also be someone D'ana knew, because she reckognized her when she saw the 5.

There's also the possibility that the final Cylon is already dead. I believe D'ana said "sorry" when she saw it.
But I can't think of anyone who died before the Eye of Jupiter episode. 'Kat'?
D'ana confirmed that Baltar isn't. Roslyn has cancer. Helo's already made a cylon hybrid baby, can't be a hybrid if they're both cylons. (Btw, how did Tigh get that 6 preggers?) Tigh's already a Cylon so there's not much point in having BOTH commanders of Glactica be Cylons. And unless Lee's adopted, the most he could be would be a hybrid.
And Kara would be to easy and obvious.
It's probably going to be that weird fat bald guy who's always in CIC. I never trusted him, he's prolly gonna blow Adama's brains out in the last 5 minutes or something.
Also, the rubble on earth was far too old, and since they were all freely walking around the radiation has prolly died down to safe levels. I say we all killed ourselves off.

Methinks the final Cylon miiiiiiight just have been Hellen, Col. Tigh's wife. she showed up out of nowhere, sowed chaosand the cylon detector nevere was "really" run on her (had to go all the way back to my season 1 episodes to think of that one....)
