So why doesn't Eva ever wear a newgrounds shirt? :P
That's a US Army shirt and I also have a similar US Navy one. I have no idea when they're from but the design seems indeed pretty old. The amry surplus had a lot of them, but most were size small and with all the tags ripped off.
Only 5$ :-)
Shirt looks late Korean or Vietnam era military wear.
