Black Widow

I was asked to draw Marvel's Black Widow at the last ComiCon in Montreal. It's the first time I draw super-heroes in a while. Looks a little bit like some Bruce Timm.

Bondage

The convention was fun yesterday. I drew this sketch for Miss Dynamite 24. Eva and Blackie were going to be secured Hannibal Lecter style, but Jezebel suggested they should be tied with ropes. So, eh, I have the excuse that it wasn't my dirty idea, a girl made me do it.

Montreal ComicCon Sunday

Tomorrow's the one-day ComicCon in Montreal. Note that it is at a different emplacement than last time. It will be at the Place Bonaventure (Métro Bonaventure).

Anoyone knows of any Fash portals other than Newgrounds? PsychoGoldfish from NG's staff suggested I should upload in other places to get more ad revenues. Any sites? Big or small.

Al Qaeda's Zawahiri pissed at Iran

Al Qaeda's 2nd in command, Al Zawahiri, is accusing Iran of spreading the myth that Jews did 9/11 in a recent audio tape. He's pissed off they're taking away the credit of the attacks from Al Qaeda.

If that TMZ kind of bitchfest wasn't funny enough, a few weeks ago there was this internal memo from AlQaeda about terrorists taking unfair advantage of their business expenditures. They have sick leaves and retirement packages! I was only kidding when I made that episode where Eva wants to enter AlQaeda for the healthcare benefits.

Christ sports fans are annoying. Fucking morons cheering outside for their team, blowing plastic trumpets. What the hell are they celebrating? A bunch of retarded millionaires pushed a puck in a goal a couple of times, they're gonna get paid, you ain't getting shit.

Miss Dynamite 24: Storyboard UPDATED

I think I'm done with the storyboard for episode 24. You can watch it here (SPOILER WARNING). This feels like a long episode, even after I've deleted about a page of dialogues. The texts still need some toying around, but I think this is starting to look like a definitive version.

Montreal Comicon 2008

Quick note, I'll be at the 'one-day' Montreal Comicon on April 27th.

And this summer, a guest at Otakuthon, on July 26-27. I've been asked to host a panel or a workshop, though no idea what I could do yet.

I picked up the 3rd print of Faster, Dynamite! Kill! Kill! part 1 from the print shop today. The bug with this issue is that the cover is hand-made. Each cover is unique, being made by dripping and throwing red ink at them. These photos only represent half this print.

Packing boxes while moving to the new appartment, I found a lot of pencils, inks and watercolors from college I was never gonna use any time soon (or ever again). So I gave them to Nicolas, whom I know from the Montreal Comic Jam. In exchange, he drew me this kickass fanart.

goddamn flu and new forum

I moved to a new appartment on the first of the month and as an April Fool's I guess, I caught the flu the day before. And as a bonus, I ran out of Advils the morning of the moving. I don't remember much from that day, but it's a miracle I didn't fall in the stairs and broke my neck. Anyway, I haven't had time to do much these past few days, except unpacking boxes and just being sick.

I'm just writting to say that the Miss Dynamite forum has moved also. It is now located in the Slipshine forum and registration is free.
